How do I book a budget appointment?

To schedule an appointment, all you have to do is call us at our number or send us a text message, you can also contact us via our Facebook, Instagram, or our website, just give us some details: your name, choose a date/time and wait for a confirmation.

Can I trust the cleaning staff?

All of our cleaners are evaluated to ensure we only work with high-integrity professionals. We care and train our staff with values to create a safe and pleasant experience for all our customers. We want to be recommended by you, so we take care of our professionalism in every cleaning.

Questions about Booking

Why don't we charge by the hour?

Cleaners are paid to complete the list or assigned tasks, this list is provided to the customer on the day of the agreement, depending on the cleaning you need and the service you have requested. A single person cleaning can dilate 3 hours, while another person can dilate 2 hours. We have extensively tested both rate models and found that the best and fairest way to charge is a flat rate. That way, cleaners know exactly how much they are paid for the day, and our customers know exactly the cost of the work. ¡ There are no surprises!


Why do you have the rates you have?

It is very hard to work on cleaning the body, there is wear on vehicles and cleaning equipment. Professional grade and insurance products are paramount and also a necessity to provide proper service. Having these things provided is best for the customer and cleaner. We firmly believe in paying cleaners a fair wage for doing a proper job. A cleaner with fair pay will be happier and provide a better service than someone who does not earn a fair wage. ¡ We would like to have the cleaners and our customers with us for a long time! When will they charge me?
You will not be charged until the service is finished and you are 100% satisfied with your cleaning.

Do you bring your cleaning supplies?
If the customer wants to provide their supplies, we would appreciate it, if to give a more personalized touch to your home. And if you want we also provide all supplies, products, and cleaning equipment, which will have an extra cost unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

How many cleaners will come?
We send 2 or 3 cleaners, uniformed according to availability to your needs. Book online our trusted household cleaners from the comfort of your home and we will take care of everything else.

Do I have to sign a contract?

You are not required to sign a contract. However, we have terms and conditions of services as well as a cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

We require a full 2 business days' notice if you need to cancel or change any upcoming appointments. When you provide notice of 2 or more full business days, there is no cancellation fee. If you provide notice within less than 2 full business days, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel your appointment on the day of cleaning, or we cannot access your home, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment (We do not want this to happen, we just do it to make a better organizational plan with our work)

What if I am not satisfied with the service I received?

Mistakes happen and cleanliness can be subjective, but you have as a guarantee an impeccable solution to our mistakes. We offer a 24-hour warranty for those scenarios where you are not 100% satisfied with the services. So how does the 24-hour warranty work? If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us within 24 hours of the service in question. We will send you a cleaner to deal with any problems, free of charge.
